Orange County Cancer Coalition (OC3)

Founded in 2009, the OC3 represents more than 35 organizations including hospitals, treatment centers, academia, community-based organizations and associations.

Vision: Comprehensive patient-centered cancer prevention and care for all of Orange County, California.

Mission: To facilitate collaboration of Orange County community resources for comprehensive cancer prevention and patient care.


  • Inclusive Excellence: Commit to evidence-based practices to better serve patients, navigators, and communities in Orange County
  • Enthusiasm: Approach our mission with liveliness and passion
  • Teamwork: Cultivate quality collaborations with community partners and organizations

If you would like to join our coalition, all three of the following criteria must apply:

  1. The resource is cancer-related.
  2. The resource supports the residents of Orange County.
  3. The resource offers free or reduced-cost services for cancer patients/families.

The Cancer Legal Resource Center (CLRC) is a program of the Disability Rights Legal Center (DRLC), a 501C-3 non-profit, public interest advocacy organization that provides information through its national telephone assistance line, outreach programs and community activities to educate and to support cancer patients, their families, healthcare professionals and advocates on matters like maintaining employment through treatment, accessing healthcare and government benefits, taking medical leave and estate planning.

PATIENT ACCESS- The LLS serves as a leading source to patients, families and healthcare of blood cancer information, education and support. LLS helps patients navigate their cancer treatments and ensure they have access to quality lifesaving, affordable cancer treatments. POLICY AND ACCESS – The LLS has a grassroots network of over 100,000 to work WITH volunteers to influence policy and we advocate for policies at the state and federal level in a commitment to remove barriers to care for cancer patients. LLS helps patients navigate their cancer treatment and ensures they have access to quality, affordable and coordinated care.
