Optical Biology Core

The Optical Biology Center is a Shared Resource Facility to provide researchers access to resources, including state of the art instrumentation and technical support, to conduct biomedical research. OBC comprises four facilities 1) Self-Use Facility (OBC-SUF) equipped with fluorescence microscopes and image analysis software; 2) Flow Cytometry Facility (OBC-FCF) equipped with three multiparameter flow cytometers; 3) Nonlinear Optical Microscopy (OBC-NLOM) lab equipped with commercial and in-house optical microscopy platforms; and 4) Laboratory for Fluorescence Dynamics (OBC-LFD) a biomedical fluorescence spectroscopy lab.
